Meet Dr Jasmine Vergara, who works at WHO Philippines as a Technical Officer for Mental Health and Substance Use. In this video Jasmine shares her own experience with depression as a medical resident, how she sought help and eventually recovered. It's led her to focus her work on mental health at WHO. "It's okay to ask for help - reaching out to your trusted friends, mentors or teachers who would be able to guide you to the next step of recovery - that is one important key.”
